Sometimes, I feel like a very lucky girl. One of those times was Tuesday, when I got to loan wardrobe for a Twigs & Honey lookbook shoot. The day (sunny!), the setting (a secret garden all a-tumble with leaves and flowers), the style (I'm talking about you, Chelsea!)--everything came together in such a gorgeous way. Most of the photos will be under wraps for a bit, but I had to share this little golden girl. Gold lace and chiffon dress by me, peony garland by Chelsea Fuss, headpiece by Twigs & Honey. Giselle in Ireland.

Rionnach sent me these lovely photos of her April wedding in Ireland. The bride wore "Giselle" (with a dear little pink cardigan). Isn't she gorgeous?

Sea blues.

The talented Zurich-based photographers of Tag7 recently posted these photos they took during A Lovely Workshop. Our own Myra of Twigs & Honey lent this splashy blue headpiece for the shoot, and paired it with one of my silk organza ruffle shrugs. I love this combination--moody and beachy but so very dressed up.

For the birds.

Elyse is laughing in almost every single one of her wedding photos, and she certainly didn't let a little birdseed in her hair ruin her day. Lovely and happy in Oysters & Pearls. Thanks, Elyse!

Wedding editorial for Project Wedding.

The always-inspiring Chelsea asked me to collaborate with her on a bridal photo shoot with romantic, ballet-themed accents.

Lately I've been really intrigued by the two piece wedding dresses I've been seeing, so I designed a dress with two removable skirts. One is full length in tutu-pink tulle--it turns the whole ensemble into a ballgown...

 ...the other is a melon green silk organza mini with a wide waistband and transparent hem. You can just barely make out the hem of the ivory satin mini-dress underneath!

Silk flowers are from my collection -- the large floral headband in the first photo is from Twigs & Honey.

This was so fun to do, and our model Hannah was a peach to work with.
